How long will it take before I receive my package?
Your package will be sent withing 48 hours after receiving your payment. The package, being sent from Thailand, may take up from 5 to 20 days before you’ll receive it. The average time is about 2 weeks.

Will there be problems at customs?
No, there will be no problems. All our products are legal and we fill in form for the customs for each sending. We write a description of the product sent to you and often add the word “Gift” to it.

What about the expiration date?
All our products are bought straight from the factory. This way our products have a longer time to go before their expiration date is reached.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We are affiliated to Paypal in order to guarantee payments on each side. On top of that, Paypal offers the possibility to pay with your credit card. For big orders you can of course do a bank transaction.
